Otara Point Farms is located some twenty minutes from Dargaville and has some key features that sets itself above others. This 292 hectare Dairy unit in 6 freehold titles is 50% flat and the balance is a gently rolling contour suitable for growing maize and grass silage. The flats are Kaipara Marine Clay, which is well complemented by Te Kopuru sand giving the property a nice balance and flexibility with seasonal weather change.

Two years ago, a pivot irrigation and hard hose system was added to the farm, with a generous consent to take water at 58 liters per second from the Owairangi creek until 2031.
