Dairy Flat lies
within the Rodney District on and around Dairy Flat Highway. It is
a highly desirable rural district nestled 8 km south of Orewa beach
and only 28 km north of central Auckland. Until the early 1990s
most of Dairy Flat and surrounding district was in dairy farms of
