Ripe For Renovation!

Come and see the massive potential here in this 3 bedroom cedar
weatherboard home with seaviews! Retro 1970's style, this home
needs your love, so grab the opportunity to roll up your sleeves
and get busy restoring her to her former glory. One of the two
garages needs to be bowled, the decks need repair and the
downstairs rumpus (with shower and toilet) is unpermitted so bring
your builder along and see how this can work for you.

Alternatively, with both homes on this 1104sqm section
currently for sale, investigate the potential to remove both homes
and further develop the site. Fantastic location within walking
distance to Pacific Plaza and just a short drive to Arkles Bay
Beach.

So many options for the astute buyer, fast action is
recommended!

tip.
The town of Whangaparaoa sits on the peninsula's
southwestern shore, and is regarded as the start of the section of
coastline known as the Hibiscus Coast. Communities along the
peninsula include Red Beach, Stanmore Bay, and Manly. At the end of
the peninsula is Shakespear Regional Park and Gulf Harbour.
