In this close-knit country community near Tauranga City properties are tightly held and residents rarely move.

Now empty nesters, these owners anticipate new adventures but will miss feeding the quail on the lawn every morning, picking fruit from their extensive home orchard, entertaining outside as the sun sets, and, most of all, the people who have made this such a supportive community to live in.
