The other two boundaries are privately owned forested blocks, both in pine and native, the road frontage bounds the Waiotahe River.

Accommodation here is luxury by many standards of a property of this nature, provided by a quality three-year-old three-bedroom family home with two bathrooms, fully double glazed and attached double carport. The home sits in an elevated position at the head of the property with views North over the Waiotahe River and down the Waiotahe Valley. Electricity is connected and two large water tanks store ample roof water for the home. Below the house is a pole barn which is used for storage, one side has been half converted to basic bunk accommodation. A well metaled forestry track gives access across the front boundary of the property, the rest you walk.
