At the request of the Tasman District Council in the exercise of a power of sale under the provisions of the Local Government (Rating) Act 2002 for the non-payment of rates and on instructions from the Registrar of the High Court Nelson, Doug McKee on behalf of Vining Realty Group Limited (Bayleys) will offer for sale by public auction the property situated at 1075 Takaka Road, RD1, Takaka, being an estate in fee simple being Lot 3 DP349243, and all the land comprised and described in Computer Freehold Register 201971 (Nelson Land Register).
