To ensure your crop is not affected by frost there is a three blade Orchard Rite Frost Fan. The balance of the property is set up for grazing stock on undulating hill country, with some excellent building sites capturing phenomenal views of the surrounding countryside. The Pinot noir and Chardonnay could come contract free if required or there is the option of a contract for supply of 30 tonne of Pinot Noir for the next two vintages with the property. There is a reliable water source through a C class permit, for taking water during winter which is pumped into a storage reservoir that holds up to 20,000 cubic metres of water.
