We are selling, hill-top , marina, oceanfront and beachfront lots ranging in size for 1,666 sqm (a marina lot) up to 4,018 sqm (an oceanfront lot). The prices vary from US$600,000 for a marina lot up to US$1,400,000 for a beachfront lot. All lots have a marina berth included in the price.
