The retiring farming family are providing an opportunity to purchase into a 105 hectare dairy unit in a prime location near Morrinsville.
On offer is 67 hectares, with most of the dairy infrastructure with the purchaser having the right to lease the adjoining 38 hectares on preferential terms. The fertiliser programme is being diligently followed according to Ravensdown recommendations and pastures show that and around 120 units of Nitrogen being used. The effluent system is a holding sump and pumped to a travelling irrigator covering approximately 22 hectares with underground hydrants and short drag hoses.
