Ben Jones

From an early age Ben was grounded in property working for both his father who is a Property Developer, and his mother who is a Bayleys Real Estate Branch Manager. His lifelong exposure to property is the cornerstone of Ben''s expertise and has helped shape him into a highly skilled and knowledgeable Commercial Agent. This coupled together with Ben''s natural oratory flair and commercial business mindset has been the hallmark of his results driven performance.


Ben holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Double Major: Commercial Law and Management & Employment Relations) at Auckland University where during the course of his studies he grounded his impressive analytical eye for commercial matters. This is evidenced by his expertise in areas of legal concern, particularly his invaluable knowledge in relation to Body Corporate''s and the Unit Title Act 1972.
