John Hoare

John Hoare has a passion for Marlborough with its'' numerous growth opportunities. Establishing a rural real estate business in the 1980''s, John recognised the potential of the Marlborough region, being at the forefront of the region''s rural property marketing and sales since that time. John owns a 40 ha (100 acre) vineyard and family home on Jacksons Road supplying grapes to Marlborough''s prominent and world renowned wine company - Cloudy Bay Wines based in Marlborough.

With experience in both Marlborough''s real estate and wine industries, John appreciates the continued support he receives from the people of Marlborough.

John reflects with much satisfaction as having been involved with many of Marlborough’s property sales including land, developing & producing vineyards, new & existing wine companies, wine tourism lodges and rural holdings. His achievements since joining Bayleys Marlborough Office (2002) includes the top rural real estate sales for the Marlborough Region, and being placed in the top 10 achievers for marketing and sales within the National Bayleys Group. He is assisted full time by Jackie Herkt - with over 14 years experience in real estate including administration, marketing and sales.
