Nicky Williams

Having lived on the North Shore for over 20 years, Nicky has a wide-reaching network of contacts both locally and off-shore. Her extensive overseas travel experiences and Travel and Tourism Diploma not only give her business, marketing and accounting skills but a strong knowledge of different cultures and the ability to easily relate to people from all backgrounds.


Nicky is motivated, extremely organized and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a successful outcome for her clients. She is a people person and really listens to her clients’ needs and acts accordingly to fulfill their requirements - plus more.


Nicky believes it is necessary for the client to be in control and ‘in the know’ of the process in selling their property, supporting them with daily updates of new information that arises, statistics of the current and past market and being in constant communication with her vendors.


Nicky and her family have a passion for fitness with involvement at various sports clubs including North Harbour Netball, Harbour Fitness gym, Pupuke Golf Club, Rangitoto College sport teams and Campbells Bay Tennis Club. A strong community spirit and love of the area is in the blood – Nicky’s father is North Shore City’s mayor.
