Michael Pleciak has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Valuation and Property Management from Lincoln University, Canterbury and has been involved in the Real Estate Industry for more than 19 years. He brings firsthand knowledge of funding, project analysis, development expertise and agency experience.


Michael has extensive experience in dealing with land assets, in particular; private beaches, coastal farms and coastal holdings (Michael has sold over 4,050ha – 10,000acres of coastal property throughout New Zealand). Michael has an established client base and network on a local, national and international basis.


Michael manages the Bayleys Real Estate Head Office - Waterfront/Country/Tourism teams and is also actively involved in sales within each of these fields.
