Rob sold his farm and became Operations Manager for the publicly listed corporate farmer “Aglands”. With the decline of the share market “Aglands” was on sold and Rob became the General Manager of New Zealand’s largest integrated sheep, cattle and cropping enterprise based in the Gisborne district. During this time he was awarded a Kelloggs Rural Leader scholarship to study rural business at Lincoln.

With more than ten years experience in the Real Estate industry, Rob is a well respected salesman working for Bayleys in the top of the South Island, he has twice been awarded the area “Salesperson of the Year” title.

Rob is a proven business manager who specialises in selling, “trophy” rural/lifestyle properties and businesses. His extensive property knowledge, his commitment and attention to detail are some of the reasons why he is very successful.

Quote from a recent vendor: “Thanks Rob for the successful sale of our property, I appreciate how you held on to the deal through some trying times. Wishing you well for the future”.

Quote from a recent purchaser: “It would be accurate to state that without Mr Wallace’s involvement and perseverance, it is unlikely that we would today be the new owners of Paratiho”.
