The company forms part of the Bayleys Realty Group, New Zealand’s largest full service real estate company.

Bayleys Property Services has become a major provider of premier property management services and is providing a varied client base with detailed knowledge of the property market and distinctive management skills. We currently have in excess of NZ$1 billion of commercial property under management.

Bayleys Property Services is unique in terms of property services companies. In addition to core property management and facilities management disciplines, we can easily draw upon a huge range of property skills across the total Bayleys Realty Group and can therefore offer our clients a multidiscipline, total property management capability.

We understand each owner has a different set of investment imperatives and the scale and scope of the services provided is tailored to meet those specific requirements. In all cases, the Bayleys approach to property management has seen our clients reduce their exposure to property risk and maximise opportunities to increase asset values.

Approximately 50% of our owners are located overseas and benefit from our managment of their New Zealand based investment.

Bayleys Property Services places a strong emphasis on innovative best practice property management and being pro-active. We employ 26 highly experienced, well qualified property specialists working out of our offices in Wellington and Auckland.

Internationally, Bayleys is affiliated to Cushman & Wakefield, one of the world’s largest commercial property services providers and is able to provide its clients with the latest international trends and technologies in property management.
