Our viticulture division is made up of a team of sales consultants and marketing specialists with unsurpassed experience and expertise in the marketing and selling of viticulture properties.

Over the years we have developed a substantial national and international database people looking for lifestyle and income opportunities. We also have a strong understanding of the requirements of national and international companies growing and processing grape. Regardless of the scale of operation Bayleys is assisting people into their new lifestyle, and international companies diversify their operations into new areas and rationalise their existing holdings.

Our association with leading New Zealand viticulture expert and consultant Allan Clarke enables us to assist property owners with an assessment of their property’s viticulture potential. He is also able to support our clients with the preparation of a comprehensive property information memorandum which can be an important part of the selling process.
