The owners of Bayleys Wellington are Rohan Hill and Mark Hourigan.
Rohan Hill is the Principal Director with over 24 years experience in the Wellington real estate market. He is an office leasing specialist and has managed the leasing campaigns on many of Wellington’s most high profile buildings.
Mark Hourigan has 22 years experience in commercial and industrial sales and leasing in the Wellington region. He was Bayleys top performing national commercial and industrial sales agent in 2010 financial year, having been involved with NZD300 million worth of transactions. He has been a winner or finalist in the Wellington REINZ Real Estate Awards of Excellence for the last 8 years.
