At Bayleys we want you to find the property you are looking for...

We have two main property search methods –

Think carefully about your criteria. The more precise you are the less time your search will take.
On the other hand, don’t be too narrow. By allowing a little latitude you may find a property that fits the bill in all but one regard – and needs only a little work on your part to make it perfect.
Keep an open mind about price indication…there may be terrific value a little bit above or a little bit below your ideal figure.
You will find that the criteria available vary, dependant on the search type you have selected. For example, a Residential search will allow you to enter no. of bedrooms and bathrooms, but a search for Commercial & Industrial will not.
Map Search – you can use the map search as a visual guide for selection of regions and areas.

The Power search allows you to enter a ‘key’ word or phrase which will identify properties for you without the traditional constraint of such things as region/area and property type.
For example, if you wanted a property with (for example) “sea views”or “Waikato farm”, the search will return all properties (NZ and Pacific Is) which are described using these words.
Additionally, you may find news items, research items, Bayleys people and Bayleys offices, in the same way.
You may use the Power search to directly enter a property listing id, if you have one. These ID’s are displayed as part of published advertising within Bayleys magazines, Property Press and newspapers. This will take you directly to that property’s information page.
