Business Development Manager

Known for being able to relate to anyone, Andrea tackles the role of Business Development Manager for the Bayleys Whanganui Property Management team with her characteristic sense of humour. Having worked in property for three years, Andrea’s clients know her as someone who brings both enthusiasm and professionalism to every interaction.

With a background in international business administration, working for large multinationals around the globe, Andrea brings experience and business savvy to the role. These skills are crucial in an ever-changing property market, and when teamed with Andrea’s innate empathy both landlords and tenants are in good hands.

Originally from Brazil, Andrea is proud to bring her vibrant and passionate Latina flair to Bayleys Whanganui, and is a well-liked member of the team and the community. Based in Whanganui since 2019 she plays football for the Whanganui Athletic Football Club, and is a member of the Whanganui Business Network.

Andrea and her husband recently welcomed a daughter into the world, and are loving being parents. They think Whanganui is a great place to raise a family, with the opportunities only a small city can provide in terms of lifestyle and connecting with the great outdoors.

Andrea believes in working as a team for the good of her clients, and brings warmth to an industry that can sometimes be perceived as cold. She is firmly aligned with the Bayleys values and believes that a house is never just a house, it is someone’s home.
