Phil has established a respected reputation for being an agent of integrity, professionalism and results. He has won awards and completed $80m plus in settled sales in areas of modest home prices, further accentuating his skills and ability to successfully negotiate real estate transactions on behalf of his vendors.

Phil was involved in sales and property in varying capacities before he entered the world of real estate, building skills that transitioned incredibly well. He has also been a business owner, designing and selling wood and gas fires.

Obtaining a positive result for his vendors is what drives Phil and he is known for going above and beyond. He takes a personal approach, listening then determining the best strategy to deliver the outcomes his clients’ desire. Phil believes selling a home should not be stressful and aims to make the experience as enjoyable as possible by staying in close contact with his vendors at all times.

Outside of work Phil enjoys playing golf and spending time with friends and family.
