Tim brings an exciting new attitude to the Bayleys South Auckland Team. After graduating from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with a double major in Marketing and Management, Tim has chosen to focus his skills previously gained in the Industrial and Commercial sector, focusing specifically on the South Auckland Area.

Tim has always had a passion for Real Estate.  Whilst studying at university he worked part time for a real estate firm in Wellington.  Following his studies, Tim enhanced his sales experience working for Spark NZ. During his time at Spark NZ, he worked closely with multiple government entities before making the decision to join Bayleys South Auckland.

Tim is excited to further build on his knowledge while building his client base and knowledge of the South Auckland area. Tim is surrounded by an elite team and with invaluable mentoring, he is looking forward to soaking up years of knowledge and connections within the industry.
