Christopher offers grassroots knowledge of the North Shore commercial real estate market that is hard to beat. A born and bred ‘Coastie’ Christopher lives, works and plays in the Silverdale area. This means he has his finger firmly on the pulse of what is happening - both on and off market - so he can always be on the lookout for the next profitable opportunity for his clients.

Christopher entered the real estate industry as a data analyst at Bayleys North Shore Commercial while completing his Bachelor of Business Degree at Massey University. Graduating with a major in Property Valuation and Management, combined with his expertise in the back end of property transactions, has given Christopher a unique all encompassing skillset.

Christopher also boasts strong language skills gifting him the ability to easily converse with a range of clients. He undertook a minor in Chinese and twice received a summer school scholarship to attend the prestigious Beijing University, so he possesses an enhanced understanding of the Chinese culture and language.

Christopher takes great satisfaction in bringing vendors and landlords the best outcome for their commercial property while helping purchasers and tenants to find premises well suited to their requirements. In order to do this, Christopher takes a professional yet down-to-earth approach, prioritising firstly listening to his clients so he can find out what they need then setting about delivering. This might involve searching high and low to find the perfect premise to purchase or lease or pin pointing the precise market for a property sale for an unsurpassed result. Whatever the project, Christopher’s in-depth knowledge and experience of the Silverdale area is his primary advantage and the main reason his clients experience better than expected outcomes. Because Christopher’s clients enjoy continual communication regarding what is happening in the local area they are always in the best position to make the right decisions.

As part of the hugely successful Bayleys Industrial team, Christopher is highly collaborative by nature. This means his clients experience the full advantage of the knowledge and skills of the entire team alongside Bayleys’ superior business and marketing platforms.

Outside of work Christopher enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters. He can also be found yelling at the Warriors each week and attending the gym. Firmly entrenched in the local community, Christopher is a committee member of the Silverdale Business Association.

Known as passionate, focused and committed to getting the best result possible, Christopher takes great joy and pride in working for the North Shore commercial property sector, helping local owners and businesses with any property requirements in this special part of Auckland.
