Tokoroa Transport Centre

The larger site was originally developed as a transport centre comprising an open plan workshop with attached lean to storage areas on the northern side plus offices and amenities positioned on the southern side of the building. The workshop has a large vehicle inspection pit in place with a full drainage and disposal system. Adjacent to the northern exterior of the building is a full length truck and trailer wash down area of concrete construction with built in drainage. The balance of the site is a predominantly tar sealed area that provides truck and trailer parking facilities surrounding the workshop. The smaller adjacent site across the road is a vacant site that has remained undeveloped at this stage and could provide additional parking or storage if required.
