Georgia is an experienced and award-winning Property Manager known for her energy, professionalism, and genuine passion for people and property. With her Level 4 Certificate in Property Management and REINZ accreditation, Georgia has built a reputation for delivering exceptional service and consistently outstanding results for both landlords and tenants.

In 2025, Georgia was recognised nationally as the winner of Trade Me’s publicly voted New Zealand’s Favourite Property Manager award - a testament to the relationships she builds and the care she brings to every property she manages. Dedicated, approachable, and highly organised, she thrives in the fast-paced world of Property Management and takes pride in making the process seamless and stress-free for her clients.

Having been interested in property from a young age, Georgia firmly believes that home is where the heart is. This philosophy drives her commitment to matching tenants with homes where they can truly feel comfortable, while ensuring landlords have confidence their investment is being expertly cared for.

A valued member of the Bayleys Whanganui Property Management team, Georgia combines industry knowledge with a collaborative approach and a strong work ethic. Outside of work, Georgia enjoys spending time with family, supporting her partner at sports events, and recharging for another busy day helping clients achieve peace of mind with their property investments.
