The property comprises 1.81 canopy hectares of Seeka red covered (more or less) and 4.458 hectares of unproductive land. The land is in the heart of the Kerikeri kiwifruit growing area, and is fully irrigated and has established shelters. It is currently managed by Seeka and the new owner has the option to continue with this arrangement.
This is an unusual opportunity that will not last, and one that an astute kiwifruit investor should consider.
