Versatile family living at its best

Once upon a time I was the original family farm homestead built of sustainable materials on the most elevated position overlooking the farm and taking in a glimpse of the sea out over the Okura estuary.

Whilst most of the land has now gone to other lovely neighbours my position is still beautifully private and within a short travelling distance to the shopping centres of Albany and Silverdale or the beaches of the East Coast Bays.

My current owners have given me a total face lift outside and a tasteful makeover inside creating the most versatile lifestyle imaginable.

There are 4 bedrooms plus study , multiple living areas, 3 new bathrooms and 2 kitchens. Up to date tiled and timber floors, new kitchens, heat pumps, sheltered and sunny outdoor areas and decks overlooking the glorious 4.3acre (appox) property. I am currently used as an executive family residence with another wing being advertised on Airbnb with great success, but could be enjoyed as a master retreat or accommodation for multigenerational families.

The land I occupy is fully fenced and usable for horses, sheep, alpacas or other animals and a new shed and a barn would allow for the opportunity to work from home or extend the B&B side of me.
