Our vendor is a well-known orchardist turned developer, who has sub-divided and sold many residential sections in Riverhead, using specialists as required to ensure that the whole property is developed and sub-divided to a high standard.

The availability of commercial properties has been limited by the need to ensure council consent and approval. These sections comply from the outset, and hence are expected to be available without the lengthy and expensive process of seeking the consent of various neighbours and other interested parties.

An initial plan prepared for the area involved shows three sections, being Lot 11 (600 sqm), Lot 14 (606sqm) and Lot 15 (600sqm) of the above area with front access (facing Coatesville-Riverhead Highway) and rear access (from Leebank Cres.).
