Almost 20,000 square metres of market-leading office and retail space is now under construction on a prime site with dual connections to the progressive Victoria and Wynyard Quarters.

Mansons TCLM, the Auckland-based family firm associated with some of the city's most significant and prestigious office developments, is breaking yet more new ground with the 136 Fanshawe Street project.

This new 6-Green Star rating development, the highest available credentials from the Green Building Council, equating to world leadership in sustainable development will add valuable office inventory to the competitive A-grade market.

It is expected to attract strong pre-commitment from corporates seeking large floor plates in a flagship building which offers myriad workspaces to support a variety of modern working practices.
