Augusta Property Fund has been established with the intention of providing investors with exposure to a variety of property investments within the one investment vehicle, aimed at mitigating the risks to both capital and cashflow that can be associated with property ownership.
The initial two directly owned assets in the fund are:
- Albany Lifestyle Centre, Auckland - A well located, large format retail hub with a desirable mix of 12 established tenants, anchored by New Zealand's largest home improvement retailer Mitre 10 Mega with an initial 15 year lease term from 1 May 2018 through to 2033; and
- Anglesea Medical Centre, Hamilton - This large 2.4 hectare site in Hamilton's CBD is home to one of New Zealand's largest private health care complexes with diversification of income provided through 28 well established tenants. The 10 largest tenants have been operating from the site for 10-27 years.
