7 Coastal Homesites

KPDL has released a rare collection of 10 premium homesites in its new coastal community at Kahawai Point, on the Taihiki River, in southern Auckland.

All homesites feature uninterrupted north-western views across the stunning Taihiki River. Sites range in size from 544sqm to 732sqm and back onto a maintained and fenced nature reserve.

Kahawai Point is a spectacular 65 hectare sustainable community on the confluence of the Rivers Waiuku and Taihiki, in southern Auckland. It will be home to Manukau Harbours most comprehensive purpose built, all weather marine facility. This facility will allow water enthusiasts direct access to West Coast game fishing, recreational fishing on Manukau Harbours and access for kayaking and canoeing.

Kahawai Point is located just 15 minutes from the quaint village of Waiuku and 20 minutes to the bustling transit centre of Pukekohe.
