The required Resource Consents have been obtained from both Waikato Regional and District Council on the proposed development. Capital works contribution has also paid for to Waikato District Council.

The sale of this property includes the Resource Consents as mentioned above and all supporting documents for the proposed residential development.

As per the conditions in the Resource Consent, it is feasible to apply for individual titles once all the required site works are complete (i.e. similar to 'vacant lot subdivision' as it is not in the Council's expectation that the houses are constructed prior to the issue of title).
