Unique waterfront position

This little piece of Kiwi paradise sits on the waters edge in the south west corner of Allom Bay.

With native bush landscape this picturesque 41-acre property boasts a charming cottage and all amenities ready for you to settle in.

Set among native trees the cottage comprises three simple board and batten dwellings integrated by wooden decking and stairways. The main living area provides a tiled kitchen with a large gas oven, eco-fridge and pantry. A carpeted area provides an eight seater dining table and chairs, large sofa, TV and log burning fire with a mezzanine double bed area. A few stairs away the main bedroom has a queen size bed, mezzanine twin beds and a separate utility/bathroom complete with shower, basin, washing machine, freezer and inverter. A near new battery bank sits underneath the decking. The second bedroom up a short stairway contains a double bed and mezzanine twin beds. Near the water's edge a retro caravan and deck provides additional sleeping for four.

Adjacent to the cottage a dedicated tool shed contains a petrol generator plus a host of tools and fishing equipment. A stream provides ample fresh water and a gas Califont hot water system provides energy efficient water heating as you need it. There are solar panels on the roof to assist with power supply.

A short walk up the track a large cleared section overlooking the bay provides ample opportunity for a further dwelling. Fruit trees thrive in this elevated micro-climate and an aluminium shed houses a quad bike and ride-on lawnmower.

Main access to this property is by water, so you can park the boat on the lawn bordering the creek or use a mooring in eyesight just meters away. A dinghy, Buffalo catamaran and two kayaks are included. A walking track from the boat ramp at the bottom of Blind Bay Road along the coastline of Okupu Bay to Allom Bay takes a leisurely 40 minutes. Ample parking at Okupu Bay is available for a vehicle with a short 15 minutes drive to the airport at Claris.
