Flat as a Pancake

Located 35 minutes from Tauranga the 20 hectare block offers plenty for the horticulturist. Currently run in conjunction with other land totaling 243 hectares in three titles (also for sale) the property has been used for dairy grazing and finishing.

It has great characteristics for horticulture. Sitting at an approximate altitude of 20 meters makes it a great growing location. With the current strength of the kiwifruit industry there is real promise for this land to perform well. An attractive stream runs along one boundary and Campbell Road is the other. In addition the land has resource consent for frost protection and irrigation with a recently installed irrigation system.

If you are looking for land to invest, use as a runoff or looking to diversify this is a must see.

Located on the East Coast of New Zealand's beautiful North Island, the Bay of Plenty offers so much choice. Head for the coast and take the opportunity to surf, fish, hire a boat or just dig your toes in the sand and read your book. The region lives up to its name and is one of the country's premier holiday destinations surrounded by glittering white sand, crystal clear, rolling surf beaches, beautiful harbours and an unbeatable lifestyle.

Drive inland to explore untouched New Zealand forests; discover the charms of inland towns, restful harbour sanctuaries and fresh, tumbling river waters.

Everything you need for your ultimate lifestyle can be found here - sun, surf and seaside cafes, endless amounts of activities and attractions and in the heart of Tauranga City are a plethora of bars, restaurants and specialty stores.

Whether you're looking to experience New Zealand's natural wonders, enjoy the vibrancy of cafes, restaurants and shopping or relaxing on beaches, the Bay of Plenty has it all. (Tourism Bay of Plenty website)

Located 25 km from Tauranga city is the town of Te Puke, home to the Kiwifruit, a great example of a rural farming town with a thriving dairy, cattle, sheep and deer industry alongside its booming kiwifruit production. The fantastic Bay of Plenty coastline is close by with three surf beaches - Papamoa, Pukehina and Maketu - within 10 minutes drive of the Te Puke town centre.

Enjoy one of the many bushwalks and parks in the area such as the Roydon Downs Bush and Farm Walks. Here there is a multitude of walking tracks, picnics, BBQ's, camping sites and swimming holes to entertain the whole family.

After 18 holes at the Te Puke Golf Club championship course, cool down at Maketu beach just five minutes away.

With close to 7,000 people and a great variety of shops, cafes and industry, Te Puke is a fine example of a developing, bustling New Zealand town.

Located a handy 25km south of Te Puke and 50 km from Tauranga you will find the farm. On the state highway to Whakatane take a right turn onto Otamarakau Valley Road and travel 5km up this road to the farm.
