A brand new $41.4 Million Dollar commercial building has transformed the corner of Third Avenue and Cameron Road, Tauranga.\n\nUnder a Joint Venture between local developer Manor Group Investments and Auckland based Watts Group Investments the site was developed into 7,900m2 (approximately) five-storey office and retail complex.\n\nThe highly visible central location, on-site carparking and the opportunity to 'fit spaces' to the tenants liking benefitted 306 Cameron Road to 'A Stand Out From the Rest'.\n\nNow fully occupied with anchor tenants including Local and National Government Agencies, along with Generation New Zealand, PGG Wrightson, Pro Active Physio, Sportsfuel Supplements and Epiphany Cafe.\n\nSold to Auckland-based MAAT Group a Property Syndicator.\n\nAn iconic project, which was a pleasure to market along with my late colleague Russell Adams.
