This 138 hectares (more or less) of fertile mostly flat contour, in two titles, is a genuine production unit. Located between Hamilton and Morrinsville in Whitikahu, this easy to manage unit is producing 130,000 milk solids average from approximately 315 cows.

The 24 aside dairy has both auto cups removers and an in-shed meal feeding system. The main central race system feeds out to forty paddocks with a side race to six paddocks.

Situated handy to the dairy are numerous support buildings including a four bay gable shed, 30x15m enclosed implement shed/workshop, 35x25m calf rearing shed and a six bay half round barn.

Water is sourced from a bore with submersible and fed through a filtration system and pressure fed to all paddocks through mainly 32 and 25mm alkathene. The soils are one third clay loam and the balance alluvial peaty loam.

A Tru Test water chill system keeps milk chilled to optimum levels. There is a dosetron in-line dispenser for minerals.

Effluent is gravity fed from the dairy to two unlined clay ponds which are pumped out when required. Fencing is mostly 3 and 4 wire electric with permanent on the boundary's. Production is assisted by 160-180T of PKE through meal feeders and 20 hectares of green feed maize grown on farm.

There are two dwellings on the property with the main home (currently rented) having four bedrooms, open plan living, with an adjacent 27x15m garage with six tilt-a-doors plus a 15x9m enclosed shed housing the water pumps.
