Four automatic doors just under 2m high allow separate entry to areas of the storage facility.

Rental is $12,000.00 +GST (Includes share of rates & building insurance). Consumables like power and telephone will be tenants cost. Only "clean" (i.e. no motor repairs) businesses need apply and inspection will be by appointment only
