Te Rangimarie Orchard consists of 7.0714 hectares on which there are approximately 1,000 persimmon trees, 2,000 Bosc pear trees, 500 Comice pear trees, 600 Packham pear trees and 924 green kiwifruit trees (2 canopy hectares). The orchard is tiled drained with water rights and pump included for irrigation when needed.

At the back of the Orchard there is an adjoining 3.1056 hectares of bare land with a comfortable one bedroom, one bathroom & kitchen cottage with a large sunny deck which is situated on a separate title, with its own driveway, equipment storage shed and large calf rearing shed. Currently the bare land is being used to finish cattle.
