A separate sitting room with large open fire is where to go in the evening with a bottle of red wine. In addition, the lovely sunny separate study off the kitchen has bookshelves, a desk and two day-beds to relax on.

There are three large individually designed bedrooms, all with views and ensuites, a separate powder room with shower, plus a changing room/bathroom beside the pool.

Outside, the resort style mosaic tiled heated pool is irresistible. Here you can lie in the sun or relax day or night in the stunning pavilion complete with open fire and kitchenette.

Only a ten-minute drive to Havelock village, three minutes to the Red Bridge Cafe, close to beaches and wineries, and in the heart of Hawkes Bay's beautiful valley.

When not enjoyed by the owners, it is currently included in the Black Barn pool of luxury accommodation and is for sale plus gst (if any).
