Mana Lodge

Mana Lodge is a prestigious estate set on 18.6 hectares of prime farmland. With a history spanning over 70 years, it is perhaps best known as being the former residence of Sir Paul and Lady Deborah Holmes but was also once an esteemed horse stud. Today, the integrity of the parkland grounds has been maintained whilst enhancing the property with the addition of top-class equestrian facilities.

Just inside the main gated entrance is the 1920's era 'Gatehouse'. Comprising two bedrooms and having been beautifully refurbished throughout, this is now run very successfully as a five-star rented accommodation with a detached sleepout and ensuite offering further capacity. The driveway then winds through a myriad of mature trees, past an olive grove and pond with feature fountain before arriving at the lodge. Originally built in 1947, the lodge has been modernised providing an inviting and completely private sanctuary, which looks out over terraced lawns to ponds framed with waterlilies and across the valley to the hills beyond. It features six bedrooms, three bathrooms, a light-filled country kitchen, wine cellar and a study. Formal and casual living areas open onto the expansive north-facing terrace, sheltered by an impressive conservatory which overlooks the sparkling swimming pool and flows to a 40 metre pergola with paved walkway.

The stately grounds feature a beautiful amphitheater, a network of limestone paths, lavender field and vast manicured lawns, offering a picturesque setting for hosting weddings and events such as the recently held 'Enchanted Ball'. The development of a superbly built 110 x 40 metre show jumping arena, accessible through a separate gated entrance, is the cherry on top and yet another source of revenue. This is a truly exceptional property.
