Downstairs offers a light and spacious open-plan living / kitchen / dining area with a second lounge (kids space). The main lounge leads out to a large deck through ranchslider doors, and during the winter months the efficient woodburner heats the chalet adequately and ducts heat through to the drying cupboard. The second lounge has its own outside access through a set of ranchslider doors and is heated by a heatpump when needed. There is also underfloor heating through the downstairs tiled areas.
Two bathrooms, laundry, ski rack space and gas hot water complete the downstairs, while upstairs accommodates three good sized bedrooms and a separate toilet.
Outside, the shed offers space to store all your firewood and extra sporting equipment: bikes and tramping gear.
