White Rock Road, Martinborough, South Wairarapa

Hautotara (Wind in the Totaras) is a property made up of three terraces and flanked by the stunning Ruakokapatuna and Makara Rivers. This is an extremely appealing property just eleven kilometres from the buzzing wine village of Martinborough with ample building sites that boast outstanding views to the North West. Currently Hautotara is run as an easy management beef unit, however this property has plenty of options for intensification in sheep and beef finishing, dairy support, or diversification into viticulture, camping, glamping or other tourism ventures.
