Ultra-Scan has developed through a strong network of franchisees throughout New Zealand and has expanded to offer a number of on farm services including disbudding calves, de teating, DNA sampling, EID calf tagging, and in some parts of the country, stock weighing and reporting as well as deer, goat and sheep scanning.
As an industry leader we are now scanning in excess of 660,000 cows per season. Our experienced dedicated team focus on providing farmers with critical information enabling them to make accurate and profitable management decisions. Ultra-Scan technicians are scanning specialists who are trained using our in-house systems that have been developed over the past 28 years. Continued research and development, and the use of the latest technology has enabled Ultra-Scan to maintain a solid and well respected reputation in the Dairy Industry.
James and Kate McKay purchased this business six years ago and have taken to new levels, as is apparent in the financial records, now it is time to pass the baton.
