63 Davies Drive, Nelson, Nelson

With views across Tasman Bay, this two-bedroomed home is located in a quiet neighbourhood on the Atawhai hills, just moments drive from Nelson's CBD. Modern and warm, the bright and airy open-plan living, dining and kitchen area makes the most of the sun and the ever-changing views, with great veranda living space outside too. There's double garaging with internal access, and a dedicated office nook too, and down the hill is the cycleway to take you in either direction. Sorry, no pets for this one.
