An easy 30 minute drive out from Picton takes you to an off road carpark and cleared site with views reaching way out and beyond over Port Underwood in the Marlborough Sounds. The 3.7 hectare block runs between the shore and Tumbledown Bay Road for about a kilometre of coast and bush with an elevated clearing sheltering a cabin and retro caravan in the bush. A track from here takes you back through the bush to a beach and an 8ft dinghy thrown into the purchase for goodwill.

There are two possible build sites on the block, or unroll the sleeping bag and snuggle down in the caravan.
