Located in the head of the beautiful Nydia Bay, this gem that's nestled amongst the natives is the perfect of getaways. Boasting huge sun time and a view that looks straight down the bay and out to the picturesque Pelorus Sound, making it all the more harder to leave behind for the return to reality. A 5-minute Meander along the Famous Nydia Bay walking track from the communal jetty has you relaxed and tuned in to the 'earthy' feeling that this property is soaked with. Blink and you'll miss your turn off, a garden like path and that sneaks you into the Bach, hidden approx. 50m off the beaten track.

The solidly built 50sqm Bach that greets you will wipe your mind off all things stressful, and whatever unrelaxed thoughts remain will be drowned out by the sound of birdsong. Once you have traipsed across the self-caring lawn (thanks to the friendly wildlife) you can unpack on the sunny deck. With one bedroom and an open living space perfect for bunks etc you are truly immersed in the kiwi "hut" feeling. A generator will be needed for power while gas will be your cooking and heating source. The insulated floors and ceiling ensure that those winter visits are still warm and cosy. The toilet and shower will need some easy tender loving care, with the worm farm septic set up needing restocking and the shower needing reconnecting. Your gravity fed water can either come from the nearby stream or the rainwater roof collection system.

Once settled in, the short jaunt back the beach will have you with in casting distance of the tasty local snapper and gurnard. If hunting is your thing, the bounty of goats, pigs and deer could also add to your table fare. If just enjoying nature at its best takes your fancy, feel free to wander the walking tracks and get lost in your thoughts.
