Situated just on the just off State Highway 1 Stokesay Vineyard is an opportunity to lease a centrally located and solid performing vineyard to secure a quality fruit supply.

The vineyard has been established in 2000 on deep loam soils which are perfect for growing quality Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay. The vineyard consists of 10 hectares Sauvignon Blanc and 7.4 hectares of Chardonnay.

The density of the vineyard is 2,222 vines per hectare and the with an excellent water right there is always ample water to insure excellent performance through all seasonal variations. This is early ripening grape growing land with excellent flavor profile.
