This well located vineyard at 89 David Street is just on the outskirts of Blenheim and is an opportunity to lease a centrally located and solid performing vineyard to secure quality fruit supply.

The vineyard has been established in 2001 - 2004 on deep loam soils which are perfect for growing quality Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. The vineyard consists of 6.7 hectares Sauvignon Blanc - clone mass selection on Schwazmann rootstock.

The density of the vineyard is 1,852 vines per hectare with a good water right to insure excellent performance through all seasonal variations. There is also a Frost Boss wind machine to mitigate any frost risk. This is early ripening grape growing land with excellent flavor profile.
