Moetapu Bay road is home to a huge number of holiday and full time houses. It is not only another gorgeous part of the sounds, but it is north facing, and easily accessed by boat or car. The series of little bays that make up this stretch of the sounds are fringed with golden sandy beaches and look over the beginning of the Pelorus Sound.
