The vineyard has been meticulously established on free draining stony silt loam soils perfect for growing quality Marlborough wine. The vineyard consisting of Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris was planted in 2004 and has a vineyard density of 1,993 vines per hectare with an A class water right.

The vineyard contains 7.79 canopy hectares of vineyard planted in 5.76 hectares of Sauvignon Blanc and 1.36 hectares of Pinot Gris. This is early ripening grape growing country excellent flavour profile.
