Often regarded as one of the most scenic roads in New Zealand, the final stages of the renowned route into the history laden French Pass never cease to amaze.

After circa 2 hours of driving through native bush and Pine, your breath will be taken away time and time again as you break out to the bush line and get welcomed by drop dead gorgeous scenes for miles around. With the road straddling the Peninsula and boasting views across to the Cook Straight to the North Island, across Tasman Bay to Farewell Spit and over the ever-changing Current Basin to D'urville Island it is hard to know where to look.

The current owners had that exact thought ringing loudly through their minds when they first laid eyes on this property. Years of farming in the South eventually compounded and encouraged them to chase some kinder climates.
